Dating is confusing enough — don't mix money signals into the equation. Know where the line is for you financially and stand your ground. For example, if you like to be treated to dinner when asked out on the first date, don't reach for your wallet when the check comes.

Pittsburgh would use a plan created by the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy as a template for spending revenue generated by the city’s controversial parks tax under a resolution introduced in city council Tuesday.
Two council members — Anthony Coghill and Deb Gross — who opposed the tax, said the resolution sponsored by Councilman Ricky Burgess was premature.
“I have a lot of questions for (the Pittsburgh Parks Conservancy) before we move anywhere with them as far as I’m concerned,” said Coghill. “We are going to move on with getting other council representatives’ opinions on how they should see this thing go, but certainly to go all in with the PPC at this point is way too early.”

For about a third of Americans, this is a regular financial stress, with 32% running out of money before their next paycheck hits, according to a new survey fielded by Salary Finance of over 2,700 U.S. adults working at companies with over 500 employees.

China has promised to buy more farm commodities in their phase one trade agreement. And that takes Washington off the hook from the billions it has spent helping farms impacted from China closing its market to them, particularly soy farmers. That aid money ends in February. Farmers think it should remain.
