The word “budget” for many invokes feelings of tension, restriction and even emotional claustrophobia.
However, ironically, a good working household budget can actually give you a lot of freedom from worry, as well as the ability to plan and even to save for special things.

2020 Wyndham Championship purse, winner's share, prize money payout
The 2020 Wyndham Championship purse is set for $6.4 million, with the winner's share coming in at $1,152,000 -- the standard 18 percent payout according to the PGA Tour's prize money distribution chart .
The Wyndham Championship field is headed by Webb Simpson, Si Woo Kim, Billy Horschel and more of the world's best players.
The 156-player field is an open event on the PGA Tour schedule, with there being two Monday qualifiers (down from the normal four).

About 100 riders participated in the scavenger hunt ride around local businesses for a chance to win prizes. All of the money raised will go to MDA to help local families navigating Muscular Dystrophy.

Merrill community members raise money, memorialize beloved community member
It was a simple greeting, but was how he greeted everybody. And for the man known simply as Alex to the community, it's something they cherished.
"He wanted to make sure everybody knew that he was a friend to them and he wanted to be their friend," Mike Kaylor, the organizer of the event, said.

"We were going to handle things for Alex's cremation so he could have a proper burial," Kaylor decided.
Close friends, along with the Merrill police, sheriff's, and fire departments all raised enough money to pay for the cremation.
