Estonia Scoffs at Speed of Global Tax Pact Implementation

Estonia warned the EU's plan to implement a newly agreed 15% global minimum tax rate by 2023 is "nearly impossible" given the complexity of the undertaking.

The European Commission on Wednesday rolled out a draft directive outlining how it wants the bloc's 27 member countries to change their domestic laws to implement the 15% rate—part of a deal struck in October to revamp global tax rules.

GOP Senators Say Administration 'Stonewalling' on OECD Tax Pact
