Pontiac-based United Wholesale Mortgage has agreed to pay up to $2.75 million to settle arbitration claims that it failed to pay some employees for working overtime.
The company distributed notices last week about the collective arbitration award, which is for current or former account executives who worked at UWM between Oct. 12, 2018, and Dec. 23, 2021.
