MENTOR, Minn. — Three young entrepreneurs have found a way to make weekends at the lake work for them.
Hallie Strem, 19, Brooklyn Strem, 17, and Mya Haaven, 14, this year launched a business on Maple Lake called Ice Cream Island.
The three young women from Fertile, Minnesota, founded their business because they have traditionally spent weekends from May until September at the lake with their families and didn't want that to change when they were old enough to get summer jobs.

BERLIN (Reuters) – German airline Lufthansa aims to win back business travellers by increasing the number of flights and improving catering, an executive board member was quoted as saying on Sunday.
Lufthansa is carrying about 50% of the passengers it flew before the coronavirus crisis in 2019 and flying to 88% of pre-pandemic destinations.
