AT&T Workers' $575,000 Wage Settlement Approved on Second Try
A $575,000 class settlement between AT&T Mobility Services LLC and workers who say they were denied wages and overtime pay received preliminary approval from a California federal judge after the parties agreed to revise the scope of the settlement class.
