Tensions rise over new mobile home regulations in Tate County

TATE COUNTY, Miss.– A newly amended zoning ordinance has quickly become a hot button issue in Tate County, Mississippi.

The law limits where all manufactured homes known as trailers or mobile homes can be placed in unincorporated parts of the county. It’s impacting rural communities like Strayhorn.

Medical marijuana: proposed regulations released

JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - There is some progress being made on getting the state's medical marijuana program up and running.

Testing facilities have specific guidelines on monitoring THC levels and detecting any contaminants.

Also, the work requirements lay out things like the workers have to be at least 21 and can't be a felon.

OSHA Proposes Changes to Recordkeeping Regulations | Woodruff Sawyer - JDSupra

Not all establishments must keep 300 logs. If an establishment falls under the OSHA partially exempt status listing, they would only have to keep logs if requested in writing by OSHA or the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS).

However, for those establishments with 100 or more employees with a primary function listed within the 2017 NAICS codes (in appendix B of section E of the proposed standard, starting on page 59), there will be a substantial increase in time and effort involved.

Hoboken City Council looks at cannabis regulations and rent increase moratorium - Hudson Reporter

The Hoboken City Council reunited at City Hall on Wednesday for their first in-person meeting since the pandemic began. In front of a full house, the council voted to adopt new cannabis regulations, and stipulations as to how the local rent increase moratorium will end.

The meeting was dominated by the new cannabis regulations, which were spoken about by many residents before being adopted by the council.

UEFA outline new financial regulations to reform FFP - Futbol on FanNation

They will take over from the original FFP (financial fair play) rules that were introduced in 2010.

Under the new regulations, European clubs will be limited to spending 70% percent of their revenue on wages, transfers and agents' fees.

It is expected that clubs will be allowed to spend 90% of their income in 2023/24 and 80% in 2024/25, before the rules come into full force in 2025/26.
