How to Scale Your SEO Business Without Losing Control

The challenge of growing your SEO agency as the business gets more sophisticated boils down to two things:

Even more important, behind those business chunks are your two main assets – people and time, the crucial unit economics you have as an agency, and tricky resources to measure.

Although everyone knows the old business adage that what doesn’t get measured, doesn’t get done, there is a lot of complexity to handle: new clients, current clients, project teams, departments, hours and revenue, etc.

The European Commission wants to propose in 2023 a more unified way of taxing companies in the European Union, hoping that such rules, which have failed to win support in the past, will stand a better chance if they follow global OECD solutions expected this year.

The Commission will present a plan on Tuesday including this proposal and other measures for adjusting the EU's business taxation to make it more up to date with the modern world, where cross-border business, often carried out via the Internet, is commonplace.

Business owners choose to follow latest mask guidance

ROCKFORD (WREX)—Some Stateline businesses say they will follow new mask guidances, that says it's OK for fully vaccinated people to go without a mask.

Chocolat by Daniel owner, Daniel Nelson, says he decided to follow the guideline last week when the CDC announced its latest guidance.

"It's a matter of I will respect both. If someone wants to wear a mask, great I got one for you. If it annoys you and feel like it infringes on your personal freedom, I won't make it happen," said Nelson.

Mask or no mask? That's the big question after last week's abrupt change in guidance from the CDC. The CDC now says it's safe for fully vaccinated people to go without masks, even indoors. And that has left businesses in a confusing situation where they're left to make the rules and enforce them on their own. NPR's Andrea Hsu reports.

Chamber's Strategy Pays Off in Wins for the Business Community | U.S. Chamber of Commerce

The Washington Post chose to run a story with a misleading headline and false narrative that the Chamber's relationships in Washington, D.C. are "souring."

The truth is the Chamber works with both political parties to advance our pro-business agenda. Our strategy and tactics have proven effective and are endorsed by strong support from our members and state and local chamber partners. Let's set the record straight.

Like any smart organization, our tactics must adapt to new circumstances. We're no different than our member companies small and large. We adapted our scorecard for Members of Congress to incentivize Democrats and Republicans to come together, work on problems, and come up with lasting, bipartisan solutions. It's what business leaders do every day, and what they expect from their elected officials.
