China warns of retaliation for NYSE's delisting of companies
BEIJING (AP) — China said Saturday that it would take necessary countermeasures in response to the New York Stock Exchange's announcement that it would delist three major Chinese telecoms, in the latest flare-up of tensions between Beijing and Washington.
The stock exchange said Thursday that it would delist China Telecom Corp. Ltd., China Mobile Ltd. and China Unicom Hong Kong Ltd., with trading of the companies to be suspended sometime between Jan. 7 and Jan. 11.

See if you can use a balance transfer offer to switch to a credit card with a lower rate, the BBB advised. But be careful and research the company on https://www.bbb.org before you switch. Read the terms and contract carefully, because there might be significant penalties if you miss a payment.

Early on, I noticed that my mother took that responsibility incredibly seriously. Each month, my mother divvied up the funds earned into envelopes to make sure the family had money budgeted for our basic needs (i.e., mortgage, food, clothing, etc.). However, in addition to our needs, my parents made sure that money was budgeted for what was important to them: appropriate education for their children.

San Francisco: Nancy Pelosi's house vandalized with pig's head - Business Insider
Early Friday morning, police were called to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's San Francisco home after vandals defaced the garage door and a severed pig's head, covered in fake blood, was left on the driveway.
The white garage door of the Pacific Heights property was covered in graffiti. It read: "$2k CANCEL RENT!"
This is most likely a reference to Pelosi's proposed $2,000 stimulus checks. Below the initial message, the vandals wrote: "We want everything!"
